The Football Rebounder by Crazy Catch has two totally different sides with a football. The small netting on the front produces a consistent rebound with a football so is great for repetition drills and skill development or where you need the ball to bounce back to a certain area i.e for volleys … but then flip it round to the back and the larger net mesh is totally INSANE and unpredictable with a football so great for challenging your first touch and reactions. This side is great for goalkeepers too as it means you can train at high intensity alone, testing your reflexes and developing agility!!
