We love bringing the Crazy Catches into our Burford Academy training sessions. We use it as a tool for catching, hand-eye coordination, reaction skills and bring it into game play too. It’s a fun tool and all the girls want to get on the Crazy Catch and practice all the time. All in all, it has such a range of skills it can develop but, in a way, that the players don’t realise they are working on those skills.
Crazy Catch is great for what I want to do fitness wise because you have that ability to combine hand eye co-ordination skills which are so important in rugby, with conditioning elements.
